Akane was visiting Aunt Chi's pharmacy when suddenly a strange gentleman and a dwarf appeared from the basement. Accompanied by Hippocrates, an alchemist from the "Land of Time Tree Buds," and his apprentice Pipo, Aunt Chi and Akane set off for "the world next door. This work was made into an animated film as "Birthday Wonderland".
