A boy is on the way to the municipal pool, but on his way over the neighborhood hill, he passes through a cloud and comes out on the coast of the sky sea. There he meets kids from the sky town and they swim and eat ice cream together. The town he came from is at the bottom of the sky sea. A dragon shows up, bringing a storm, but before long it swims away and the boy is able to make his way back home.
